Before using real pupil data
Use your private instructor login only. Keep the calendar subscription URL/token private. Do not put service-role or secret keys into the website. Save a backup regularly to OneDrive.
Calendar privacy
The subscribed calendar is designed to contain only pupil name, lesson/test time and address. Phone, licence, payments and notes stay out of the calendar feed.
Test data
When you no longer need Test Pupil / Public Test Enquiry, remove or retire them deliberately in Supabase or keep them clearly marked as test records until final cleanup. This screen does not bulk-delete data.
